Can too tight facelifts be relaxed? Can a mangled, pointy tipped nosejob be rebulked up?

Out of control teens exposed!

Usually I have an easy time locating the best doctors by doing some research however, for plastic surgery I’m finding it much more difficult. I think it’s because of how some of them advertise. My thoughts are that if your good, you wouldn’t need to advertise. Word of mouth BUT, everyone wants to believe ‘their’ plastic surgeon is the ‘best’.

Any advice as to how one can truly find the best in the country? I also realize it has a lot to do with specialty. The best nose guy may be an awful chin guy and so on.

I’m specifically looking for someone to perform lipo on my chin however, I would love to know how to find the best for any specialty. I saw once a referral service in NYC that was offered as a fee based service. Interesting job idea!

Anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated. I only need one of these two chins I’m toting around and I sure would like to bury one of them before summer 2012!
